Programs

Personal Training
Train individually or with a friend/family member
- 30 or 60 minute sessions
Choose from training in a private studio, in-home, or outdoors.
  Begin with a consultation and *comprehensive fitness assessment to provide program guidelines and a measurable starting point.  Additional assessments every 4-6 weeks to track progress and adjust program. 

Group Fitness
4-6 participants - 8 weeks
Classes focus on cardiovascular endurance, core stability, stretching, relaxation and education.  Choose from locations at a private studio or outdoors.  Begin with a consultation and *comprehensive fitness assessment to provide program guidelines and a measurable starting point.

Our fitness assessment includes a postural analysis, cardiovascular status, muscular strength 
and flexibility, and girth measurements.


Walking Program

6-10 participants - 8 weeks
Nature walks on the weekends and city walks mid-week.
  Varying intensity. 

  Rates and Locations
At this time the program is billed privately to the client.
One on one sessions are $60.00 per session.

Two to one sessions are $90.00 per session.
Group sessions are $20.00 per session (4-6 persons).
The program operates out of various facilities in the
Vancouver area.
